You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned with original invoice.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. used machines, consumables, custom orders).

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

  • After approval, return must be completed within 7 days.

🚚 3. Return Pickup or Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to courier the item back to us at your own cost.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund method:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refund to your original payment method.

    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via Bank Transfer/UPI (details will be collected during return process).

     

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after return approval.

  • Refund/replacement is not applicable for:

    • Used or damaged products caused by customer.

    • Orders with “No Return” label (custom-made or clearance items).
